Police have canceled a Silver Alert issued Saturday for a developmentally disabled woman who went missing from New Haven.

A Silver Alert was issued Saturday for 52-year-old Diane Craddock, who walked away from her caregiver's home in the area of Charles Street and Broadway in New Haven on Saturday. She was missing for several hours, according to a representative from the home where Craddock lives. Craddock has never left before.

She's described as a black woman with gray hair and brown eyes. Craddock stands 5-foot-2-inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue sweatsuit with a black coat, black boots, a black-and-white hat and a black scarf, police said.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact New Haven police at 203-946-6316.
