A 23-year-old Somers man was cited after crashing into a utility pole on Route 83 on Sunday evening and flipping his car over, according to state police.
Alexander Iadarola was driving on Route 83 near Field Road just after 6 p.m. on Sunday when he went off the shoulder, hit the pole and flipped, police said.
The road was closed, but had reopened as of Monday morning.
No injuries were reported. Iadarola was cited for a restricted turn violation.
