Police said it appears the robber flashed a handgun at the 265 Bic Drive branch in Milford at 8:44 a.m., obtained money from the cash drawer and fled in a getaway car driven by another person.

The robber is thin, around 5-feet-9 and has a mustache, police said. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans and black winter gloves with a snowflake design across the knuckles.

The driver is a man who was wearing a gray hat, police said.

He was operating a green two-door 1995 Honda Accord, with Connecticut registration plate 865 ZUL. It was last seen traveling southbound on Schoolhouse Road towards Interstate 95.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Milford Police Detective G. Kopazna at (203) 783-4732, email gkopazna@ci.milford.ct.us or submit a tip online.
