A pickup caught fire after a dirt bike crashed into it at Capitol Avenue and Park Terrace in Hartford, according to police.
Police said the rider and a passenger on the dirt bike suffered bumps, bruises and road rash.
It is illegal to ride a dirt bike on city streets.
