Police are asking drivers to avoid the intersection of Old Mill Road and Belvedere Terrace in Middletown while they respond to a water main break in the area.
It's not clear how many residents have been affected. Middletown police said crews from the city water are arriving at the scene to check the break and begin making repairs.
