WEDNESDAY NIGHT LIVE:  Can't get enough sketch comedy?  Head to BAR in New Haven tonight to see "The Funny Stages," the New Haven Theater Company's improv comedy show.  The evening is filled with spontaneous comedy, and music.  It's just $5 to see the show.  8pm.

UN-HIT PAUSE:  Electro-pop-rock band (emphasis on the pop) Push Play is coming to Toad's Place in New Haven tonight.  The Long Island foursome has been featured in Tiger Beat magazine, and even has their own bio on Radio Disney's website.  Their album "Found" has been gaining in popularity thanks to "Midnight Romeo."  Tickets are $15.  7pm.

CEMETERY STORIES:  Hope you're not afraid of the dark.  Head to New Britain for "Timeless Tales of Fairview Cemetery," an up close look at the history of one the city's oldest final resting places.  Sarah Lankton, the first person to be buried at Fairview back in 1756 will lead all the brave souls on the unforgettable tour in search of lost souls (including P.T. Barnum's press agent, a Civil War Soldier and even a Titanic Survivor).  New Britain-based Stanley Works sponsors the event, which is just $5 per person.  Tours run every 15 minutes from 6:30-8:15.  Call (860) 826-3360 for more info.
