Khloe Kardashian Puts Miscarriage Rumors to Bed

"There is a reason we don't have a newborn baby right now," she said

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom will have a baby when the time is right, the reality starlet said on CBS's "The Talk" Thursday.

"With the trade – moving back and forth – there is a reason we don't have a newborn baby right now," she said. After being traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks last year, Odom announced this week he was leaving Dallas.

The reality starlet, who has shared her hopes of getting pregnant on their reality show "Khloe and Lamar," also slammed rumors that she had recently suffered a miscarriage. And she reiterated her previous denials that she is having fertility treatments in the hopes of getting pregnant.

"If I was having fertility treatments I would share with the world," she said — not just because her job as a reality star would sort of require it, but because she would want to destigmatize the treatments for other women and encourage them to get them if necessary.

Khloe has assured her fans as much before, tweeting earlier this year, "I am not at this time in my life considering any type of fertility treatments. If and when I do, I will shout it from the rooftops but for now its [sic] in God's hands."

It's unclear where Khloe and Lamar will end up after Dallas. The Oakland, Calif.-based Golden State Warriors are interested in the forward, NBC Bay Area reported — though it is widely believed that Odom wants to return to L.A.
