  • 1 TBS Roasted Garlic Pesto
  • 10 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 1.25 oz. American cheese
  • 2 oz. Vermont Cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1 oz. Parmesan Romano cheese
  • tt. Salt & Pepper
  • 4 cups al dente rigatoni
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Toasted panko


In a sauté pan heat with garlic, then add cream all cheeses except the Parmesan Romano, cook until cheese is melted, then add salt and pepper to taste, Parmesan Romano and the precooked pasta. Toss to combine, place ingredients in a baking dish. Top with other ingredients of your choice(bacon, tomato, etc.) mozzarella and toasted panko. Bake for 10 15 minutes or until desired doneness. Let cool before enjoying.
