Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn is threatening legal action after she found herself the latest victim of a nude photo hack, according to People magazine.

In a statement released to People, Vonn's spokesman called the photo leak "an outrageous and despicable invasion of privacy."

"Lindsey will take all necessary and appropriate legal action to protect and enforce her rights and interests," the spokesperson said. "She believes the individuals responsible for hacking her private photos as well as the websites that encourage this detestable conduct should be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the law."

The photos were reportedly taken several years ago while Vonn, 32, and Woods were dating. Vonn and Woods broke up in 2015.
