Start the summer on a lifesaving note by donating blood at the NBC Connecticut/Telemundo Connecticut Blood Drive on Wednesday, June 20 at Dunkin’ Donuts Park, home of the Yard Goats.
This is expected to be Connecticut’s largest one-day blood drive. Come down, give blood and be a part of it.
The American Red Cross will hold the blood drive from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Dunkin’ Donuts Park at 1214 Main St. in Hartford.
Free parking is available in the lot at the southeast corner of Main Street and Trumbull Street.
All presenting donors will get a tour of the stadium, a voucher to an upcoming Yard Goats game, a free ticket to Six Flags New England and a $5 gift card to Dunkin' Donuts.
Save up to three lives with a single blood donation.
While walk-ins are welcome, appointments are strongly encouraged.
