Suspect in New Haven Homicide Held on $1 Million Bond

New Haven police have arrested a suspect in the death of a 36-year-old Hamden man who was found shot in the middle of Ella Grasso Boulevard on the night of Monday, Oct. 14.

Bobby Curtis Griffin, 21, of 374 Peck Street in New Haven, has been charged with the felony murder of Nathaniel Bradley.

A Good Samaritan found Bradley and waved a police officer over shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 14.

Bradleywas pronounced dead at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Police said he was shot in the road. They are searching for the shooter and do not have any description.

Griffin, who has been in custody since last week, is being held on $1 million and is scheduled for arraignment Thursday morning.

Police said the warrant is sealed.
