A 14-year-old was shot in a parking lot off Foxon Boulevard in New Haven Thursday night.
Police said the teen was hot in the leg and that his injuries are not life-threatening.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. in a parking lot off Foxon Boulevard at Quinnipiac Avenue. Any witnesses are asked to call the New Haven Police Department Detective Bureau at 203-946-6304.
