Two people were taken to Danbury Hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a car in New Milford on Monday night.
Andy Lin and Mei Peng Zheng, both 33 of New Milford, were crossing Danbury Road at 6:41 p.m. when they were struck, police said. Their injuries are classified as traumatic.
Police said Robert Teleski, of South Kent, was driving the car and traveling south in the left turn lane of Route 7 when the crash happened. He was transported to Danbury Hospital as well.
Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call Officer Nicholas Smith at 8600-355-3133.t 6:41 p.m. when they were struck, police said. Their injuries are classified as traumatic.
