Emergency crews were called to East River Road in Barkhamsted on Friday night after a bicyclist fell off and got hurt, according to police.
The crash was reported in the area of Pleasant Valley Road. According to police, ambulances were sent to the scene and two victims were initially reported.
No additional information was immediately available.
