The Bristol GA 17 courthouse is closed today because of the lack of heat.
The court, which is located at 131 North Main Street, is expected to reopen tomorrow.
Arraignments will be held at the New Britain Judicial District Courthouse, which is located at 20 Franklin Square in New Britain.
