State Police divers were seen searching Swan Lake on the UConn campus with metal detectors Saturday afternoon. Police on the scene had no comment.
State Police spokesman Lt. J. Paul Vance said the search is related to the Jasper Howard case. Vance said investigators are covering all their bases, searching for anything that may be relevant to the investigation.
He referred further questions to UConn Police.
