Dragon boat racing is coming back to the Connecticut River.
The 11th year for the Riverfront festival returns to Hartford on August 20th & 21st. The free, two-day event includes an Asian festival with authentic cuisine, an Asian beer garden and activities for the kids.
Festival hours are 10am to 4pm on Saturday, 10am to 2pm on Sunday.
