New Study Rates the Happiest States in America

The rankings were put together by personal finance website WalletHub.

The top 5 states were: Minnesota, Utah, Hawaii, California, and Nebraska.

West Virginia was ranked as the least happy state, followed by Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, and Arkansas.
