A pedestrian was struck by a car and killed on Hazard Avenue/Route 190 near the intersection with School Street in Enfield, according to police.
Enfield Police Lt. Zaczynski said the crash happened around 6:10 p.m. Monday and the car stayed at the scene. It's being towed to the police deparment as part of the investigation.
The pedestrian has not been identified.
It's not clear if the driver will face charges.
Investigators are still at the scene.
