Water was out for around one dozen East Hartford homes after a water main break, but service has since been restored.
An 8-inch water main installed in 1953 broke on Crescent Drive in East Hartford, according to MDC, and 12 homes located near the intersection of Crescent and Cross drives were affected.
Repairs were finishes as of 2:06 p.m.
