Two clothing store workers were forced into a storage room at gun point during robbery in Hamden.
Police responded to the Casual Male XL store, 1869 Dixwell Ave., around 7 p.m. Thursday night on a report of an armed robbery.
When they arrived, they learned that a man had entered the store and demanded money from the store clerk. The suspect was carrying a black hand gun.
After being giving the money from the store register, the suspect then ordered the store clerk and an associate into a rear storage room.
The suspect then ran to his car which was parked in the nearby Price Rite parking and fled down Dixwell Ave.
The suspect is described as a black male, between the ages of 40-50. He was wearing a black suit, white shirt and knit cap with glasses.
