The Hartford Police Department is investigating a homicide on Franklin Avenue.
Police describe the shooting as an ambush style.
A person was shot at from a vehicle that was waiting outside of the barbershop, located at 273 Franklin Ave at about 1 p.m. Thursday.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man with gunshot wounds unresponsive on the sidewalk, authorities said.

The person who was shot, identified as 20-year-old Christian Feliciano of Hartford, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 860-722-8477.
