A car rollover brought down wires and caused hundreds of power outages in Enfield Thursday night.
Firefighters said they responded to a car rollover on Route 5 by Post Office Road.
The police department said nearly 600 people in the South end were without power at one point. According to Eversource, those outages have since been resolved.

Post Office Road was closed from Post Road to Route 5, but has since reopened.
The driver was taken to the hospital after being extricated from his vehicle. The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.
Eversource responded to the scene and disconnected power to the downed wires. The impact of the accident caused another utility police fire and wires to drop at King Street and Depot Hill Road.
