Firefighters are battling a fire at 365 Hope Hill Road in Wallingford.
A resident called 911 and officials said the fire started in a second-floor bedroom.
The residents were out of the building. They have been accounted for and no injuries are reported.
Crews are checking for hot spots and the fire marshal is at on scene to figure out the cause.
