A Hartford man is accused of threatening a tow truck driver with a gun Sunday night and has been arrested.
Officers responded to Garden Street at 11:04 p.m. after receiving a report that the owner of a vehicle was threatening a tow truck operator with a firearm and they took 27-year-old Luis Quintana, of Hartford, into custody.
Police said they found a P95 9mm handgun nearby and Quintana was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit and threatening in the second degree.
No one was injured.
