Hypothermia Killed Woman Found Near Tracks

The woman whose body was found near railroad tracks in Rocky Hill Thursday died of hypothermia, officials said.

Rocky Hill Police found the woman after getting a call Thursday evening reporting that a body had been found in the southeast section of town near railroad tracks along the Connecticut River. She had no identification.

She has been identified as Carol Sinisgalli, 41, of Rocky Hill. Foul play is not suspected, the medical examiner said.
