Police said Ian Grimsley stole $8,000 worth of jewelry.

An Enfield man has been arrested, accused of stealing $8,000 jewelry to pay for his heroin habit, police said.

Police charged Ian Grimsley, 26, for the burglary of an Abbe Road home in October 2011.
