A man was shot while he was resisting a robbery in Waterbury on Saturday night, according to police.
Officers said a 33-year-old man was shot in the left arm while he was resisting a robbery at 1775 East Main Street.
The man was transported to St. Mary's Hospital to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.
The suspect is described as a man with a mask.
Detectives are investigating the incident.
