A Norwalk teen is accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile and has been arrested on sexual assault charges.
Police said they received a complaint in March that 19-year-old Jose Manuel Prado sexually assaulted a juvenile in 2015.
After an investigation, he was arrested on Tuesday and charged with first-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
Bond was set at $15,000 and he is due in court on July 20,
