A man has life-threatening injuries after a shooting in New Haven on Tuesday night.
Officers received a call about a person shot on State Street around 7:15 p.m.
When they arrived, they said they found a 48-year-old New Haven man who had been struck by gunfire.
The man was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital where authorities said he is being treated for life-threatening injuries. He is currently listed in stable condition.
