A 14-year-old Stafford High School student is accused of sending a threatening text to another student.
Connecticut State Police said they were called to the school on Orcuttville Road around 12:56 p.m. after receiving a report that a student received a threatening message. During the response, Stafford Schools were placed in a soft lockdown as a precaution.
Police located the student accused of sending the message. He was arrested and charged with threatening and breach of peace.
The teen was not identified due to his age.
