A suspicious death is under investigation in Berlin.
State police said officers from Berlin Police Department were dispatched to Middletown Road around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday after getting a report of a suspicious death.
The Connecticut State Police Central District Major Crime Squad has assumed the investigation at the request of the New Britain State's Attorney and Berlin Police Department, troopers said.
Authorities have not released details about the body that was found.
