The Lexie Bean Salad

    Lexie Bean Salad

    5 cans beans I used pinto, black, cannellini, chick peas, and kidney beans
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 bunch scallions chopped
    1 bag frozen corn - 1 pound
    1 package turkey pepperoni slices 4.5 ounces cut in half
    3/4 - 1 cup Newmans Own Caesar Salad Dressing

    Drain and rinse the beans and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the chopped green pepper, chopped scallions, and frozen corn. Then add the pepperoni slices(cut in half) and the Caesar dressing. Mix well. Set aside and let marinate for 15-20 minutes. Serve. Makes about 12-14 servings.
