Kiwi-Lime Sorbet

This recipe serves four (or more!)


  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 6 Kiwi Fruit-peeled, cut into 1” pieces
  • 3 Limes-juiced


  • Place the water and sugar together in a saucepan, stirring to dissolve. Bring to a boil, remove from the heat and reserve.
  • Place the kiwi, lime and sugar syrup from above in a blender and puree fully. Pass the mixture through a fine sifter to remove small seeds.
  • Churn the mixture in an ice cream machine according to manufacturers directions. Serve garnished with a fresh kiwi slice , lime wedge and a crisp cookie. Enjoy!
