Adam Richman travels all across the country searching out the biggest food challenges.
You know those huge burgers, atomic hot wings and pancakes stacked up. Now he’s returning to New Haven.
In the season premiere tonight of Man vs. Food Nation on the Travel Channel, the Yale graduate is heading to Louis Lunch, Modern Apizza and the Caseus Cheese Truck Challenge.
While Richman will partake in some New Haven dining, he won’t be gorging on mammoth portions in his new show. This season he is recruiting locals to do the difficult challenges.
Food Nation member Ric Best, a freshman at Yale, will be with Richman, and will actually be the one trying to down 10 grilled cheese sandwiches in an hour, according to the New Haven Advocate.
Man vs. Food Nation debuts Wednesday at 9 p.m. on the Travel Channel.
