Two Chances for Some Snow This Weekend

The arrival of yet another arctic front will bring the chance of snow to Connecticut on Saturday afternoon.

Snow showers are possible throughout the day on Saturday, but heavier snow squalls after 3 p.m. and into the evening could cause slick spots around the state, according to NBC Connecticut meteorologist Garett Argianas.

Temperatures will hover near freezing on Saturday, but gusty winds will make it feel a lot colder.

Sunday won't get much better. Temperatures will stay near 20 degrees, with overnight temperatures dropping to about 10 degrees.

We will see another chance for snow Sunday night into Monday morning. The exact impact on the Monday morning commute is still up in the air.
