Joan Rivers has sold her New Milford home.

The 10-room stone and clapboard country home had an asking price of $4.9 million dollars, but the final sale price was not disclosed.

"Her property is a quintessential Litchfield County estate with privacy, views and impeccable taste," said Carolyn Klemm, the realtor who represented Rivers.

The home sits on nearly 76 acres.

The 80-year-old Rivers is a groundbreaking comedienne, host of E!'s "Fashion Police" and winner of NBC's "Celebrity Apprentice."

There is no word on why Rivers decided to sell the New Milford estate or on who the buyer was.
