One person was seriously injured in a crash on Post Road in Westport on Saturday afternoon.
Police and paramedics responded a crash at 980 Post Road East at 3:33 p.m. and found two heavily damaged vehicles.
They started treating person who was seriously injured and transported the person to Norwalk Hospital.
The other driver declined any additional medical treatment.
Police said it appears that one driver was leaving 980 Post Road East and hit a vehicle that was traveling eastbound on the Post Road.
