Police are looking for the man who stole a Honda CRV from a mother at a park in South Windsor on Monday afternoon.

Police responded to Veteran Memorial Park on Pleasant Valley Road at 3 p.m. after a resident noticed that her car keys were missing from her bag, police said.

The woman was at the pool with her children when her keys and car were taken.

Police went through video footage of the area and saw a man in his 30s or 40s enter the main gate, walk to the area near the back gate where the victim’s blanket and bag were, and leave.

He left in the victim’s gray 2007 Honda CRV with CT registration 808WGN.

The man in the surveillance has a bald or shaved head and was wearing a blue UConn T-shirt,  tan cargo shorts and white or gray running shoes.

Anyone with information about the man or the location of the vehicle should call South Windsor Police at 860-644-2551.
