The Chamberlain Highway has reopened in Berlin after a crash shut down the road Monday afternoon.
Police said a dump truck struck a pole, bringing wires down on top of the truck. The Chamberlain Highway was closed at Southington Road while authorities responded to the scene.
Police said the truck driver was not injured.
