Firefighters from Portland, Middletown, East Hampton and Glastonbury are battling a house fire on Penfield Hill Road in Portland.
The house is set back behind woods and no information has been released on the extent of damage or whether anyone was injured.
Crews are shuttling water because there are no hydrants in the area.
