Authorities are investigating an untimely death at the Meridian Inn on East Main Street in Meriden.
Police responded to the motel just before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday to investigate a report that a man was unresponsive man. On Monday afternoon, police said there appears to be no foul play.
According to police, a man in his mid-40s was found dead in one of the hotel rooms.
The cause of death has not been determined, but police said no gun was involved.
Meriden Police Major Crimes Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are investigating.
