Police have charged a Middletown man in a home invasion in East Hampton in December.
Steven Maringola, 28, of Middletown, is suspected in a home invasion on Dec. 7, police said. He was taken into custody early Wednesday morning.
He has been charged with home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, first-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
Maringola was held on a $1 million court-set bond and will be arraigned this morning at the Middletown Superior Court.
