Norwich Man Accused of Raping of 2 Teens

A 34 year old Norwich resident was arrested Saturday night.

Norwich Police Department arrested a 34-year-old resident on Saturday night accused of raping two people under the age of 17. 

Christopher Diskin, of 5 Grandview Court, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and four counts of risk of injury to a minor, Lt. Mark Rankowitz said.
 
Lt. Rankowitz said that the rape incidents might have occurred several months ago in Norwich.
 
Diskin was held on $500,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at Superior Court in Norwich on Monday.
