Police are looking for more information after a man was stabbed in New London on Wednesday.
At 11:43 a.m. New London police were informed that a stabbing victim was heading to Lawerence + Memorial Hospital.
Officers learned that the male victim sustained a serious laceration type injury to his abdomen. The man underwent surgery for his injury.
Police later collected evidence from the crime scene on Mountain Avenue. New London police said the victim and another man were involved in a disturbance that led to the stabbing.
