- 2 cups whole milk
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup non-fat dry milk powder
- Pinch of fine sea salt
- Combine the milk and heavy cream and heat just until slightly warm.
- Add the remaining ingredients, whisk to dissolve and bring up to a gentle boil. Cool this mixture overnight.
- Churn in an ice cream machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve with fresh fruit of the season and enjoy!
