Another round of rain on top of saturated ground could result in minor flooding in parts of Connecticut Thursday.
Signals are growing for an impressive surge of warmth next week. It won't be record breaking but it certainly will be a welcome change after an unusually cold March across Connecticut.
Two storms each dropping 1 to 2 inches of rain - finally! Combined with snow melt to our north this rain may even be enough to result in minor flooding on some of the larger rivers in the state.
