NBC Connecticut and Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union are teaming up for a free shred-it event. If you can carry it, we can shred it. And its all for free!
From 9 a.m. to noon, bring your personal papers to any of three Nutmeg State Federal Credit Unions in Rocky Hill, Glastonbury and East Windsor. Get rid of those old bills, mail, credit card offers, statements or any other private documents.
