Harold Spurling, 29, will appear in New Britain Superior Court today, police said.
Police said he and his roommate, Jeffrey Brisson, 39, were running a child pornography studio out of their Washington Street apartment.
When police arrested the pair back in January, they found one of the victims inside the apartment, a 3-month-old girl.
They said they also found hard drives and memory cards with graphic pictures of children in the apartment and home videos of acts performed on children.
The two would gain the trust of the kids' parents, and often babysat their victims, police said. They face several charges, including sexual assault, risk of injury and tampering with a search warrant.
Brisson is scheduled to appear at the same court on Dec. 8.
