Police have canceled a Silver Alert for 11-year-old Iyanna Mitchell, who went missing from New Haven late Wednesday afternoon.
Mitchell went missing from a home Landers Street and is considered an endangered runaway, police said.
She stands 5 feet tall and weighs 74 pounds. Police said she has dark skin with brown eyes and brown hair worn in two cornrows.
Mitchell was last seen wearing a pink Gap jacket, light green T-shirt, blue jeans with blue, green and pink flowers and blue Nike sneakers, according to police.
She went missing around 4:45 p.m., according to police. A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday evening and canceled just after 9:30 p.m.
It's not clear where Mitchell was found or whether she has been reunited with her family.
